Time After Time is a washed Pacamara grown by fourth generation producer Antonio Medina at Finca La Colina in Guatemala. Much of the farm remains protected native forest, and its shade grown coffee receives patient, careful attention. The cup is silky and full-bodied, revealing tropical fruit and floral layers as it cools.
Roasted by FUNK Coffee in Vancouver and packed as whole beans in a 250g can with an oxygen-scavenging seal.
