Mellow Caramelo is a naturally processed Red Catuai from smallholder farms in Brazil’s Mantiqueira de Minas. Its sweet, rounded character makes for a balanced everyday cup, with honey, caramel and chocolate notes. FUNK roasts it lightly to retain the coffee’s brightness without losing its comforting body.
Roasted by FUNK Coffee in Vancouver and packed as whole beans in a 250g can with an oxygen-scavenging seal.
