Hacienda El Obraje is a standout coffee estate in Nariño, Colombia, led by pioneering producer Pablo Andrés Guerrero. Located at 2,200 masl, the farm benefits from volcanic, mineral-rich soils and a dramatic microclimate, with temperatures ranging from 32°C during the day to 8°C at night. These conditions contribute to dense, compact coffee cherries and help shape the character of the Pink Bourbon variety.

This washed Pink Bourbon is produced on a carefully managed 25-hectare coffee area within the nearly 100-hectare estate, with the remaining land preserved as natural forest. El Obraje’s dedicated wet mill allows the coffee to be processed immediately after harvest, using fermentation tanks, depulping equipment, mechanical dryers, and raised beds beneath a solar dryer. The farm's reputation is exceptional, having won the 2021 Cup of Excellence and set an international auction record that same year.
