Ethica Espresso is a naturally processed Red Catuai from Brazil’s Cerrado region, grown at 1,100 metres. The coffee represents Ethica’s partnership with green coffee importer Orange Brown. Cerrado’s defined dry season, lower humidity, cooler temperatures, soil and topography create conditions that support consistent specialty coffee production.

In the cup, Ethica describes chocolate, nuts and stone fruits, with a bold, lingering finish. Its body and sweetness are designed to work as a classic straight espresso or with milk. Ethica’s published starting recipe uses 18 grams of coffee, a 36-gram yield, 93°C water and a 30–35 second extraction.
