This filter coffee comes from smallholder growers in Banko Chelchele, in Ethiopia’s Gedeo region. Grown at 2,300 metres, the 74110 and 74112 varieties undergo a cold anaerobic natural process that slows fermentation. Ethica’s light roast highlights a juicy profile of ripe peach, red wine and crisp blackberry.
