Their own venture, Elto, operates two drying stations—one in Bona, one in Arbegona—focused on the production of high-quality and competition-grade microlots using industry best practices. The word "Elto" has a dual meaning in Sidama—meaning both "abundance" and "more than passion," summarizing the couple's intention for their enterprise."
