This honey-processed lot, featuring the prized 74158 variety, is the result of a close partnership with Coffee Collective focused on improved sorting and extended shade drying. The cup is incredibly vibrant and sweet, offering floral notes of bergamot and honey balanced by the deep, juicy flavors of plums and sweet grapes.
