The Natural is the original blend in the Black & White Roasters coffee family, tracing its roots back to the roaster’s first café. Designed as an approachable introduction to fruit-forward specialty coffee, this year-round blend changes seasonally to showcase the availability of naturally processed coffees. The current components combine China Black Sheep with Ethiopia Aricha Washed, bringing together coffees grown between 1,650 and 2,000 masl.

In the cup, The Natural highlights vibrant red fruit character alongside rich chocolate and balanced acidity. Expect flavours reminiscent of raspberries, cherries, and dark berries, complemented by chocolate sweetness and acidity that ranges from balanced to lively. Its evolving components allow the blend to maintain its fruit-forward identity while reflecting seasonal coffees throughout the year.
