The Classic is a year-round blend from Black & White Roasters built around the comforting, nostalgic character of a traditional breakfast coffee. Combining washed coffees from Colombia and Ethiopia, this medium-dark roast is designed to offer a familiar and approachable cup that works beautifully on its own or with cream and sugar. The current blend features Las Nubes Washed from Colombia and Aricha Washed from Ethiopia, sourced from coffees grown between 1,600 and 2,000 masl.

In the cup, The Classic delivers a comforting combination of caramel, black cherry, and milk chocolate. Caramelized sweetness and subtle stone-fruit character are balanced by gentle acidity, creating a smooth and familiar profile that reflects the blend’s focus on everyday enjoyment and classic coffee flavours.
