Duwancho Full Spectrum comes from the Arbegona district of Sidama, one of Ethiopia’s highest-elevation coffee-growing regions. Grown between 2,150 and 2,300 masl, the cooler temperatures and slower cherry maturation help produce coffees with pronounced sweetness and brightness. This coffee is sourced from smallholder farmers and processed at the Duwancho washing station, operated in partnership with Catalyst Trade and Faysel Abdosh.

The blend combines 60% anaerobic honey with 40% washed coffee, bringing together two distinct processing styles from Duwancho. The cup begins with fresh, lightly floral character before developing into a more fruit-forward and structured profile reminiscent of peach iced tea and raspberry lemonade. Clean and vibrant with a subtle funky quality, this coffee can reveal different aspects of its character depending on the brewing recipe.
