We chose the natural EA process because it allows the coffee to be decaffeinated in-country in Colombia, preserving its unique flavour profile. This process uses a naturally occurring compound to gently remove the caffeine while leaving behind the delicious notes of brown sugar, raspberry jam, and orange. The result is a sweet, clean, and well-balanced cup that is genuinely delicious.
