Catuaí was historically one of the most widely cultivated varieties in the region. This lot presents a rich, chocolate-forward profile with subtle notes of dried fruits and nuts, complemented by a gentle herbal finish.

Marysabel and Moises produce significant volumes of Catuaí, with different lots dried using patios, mechanical dryers, or raised beds under shade. Over time, defined processing and drying standards have been implemented in collaboration with the producers to ensure improved separation, storage, and overall consistency.
