If any item(s) in your order are found to be out of stock at the time of fulfillment, we reserve the right to reimburse the full value of the unavailable item(s) without prior consultation with the customer. The remaining items in your order will be processed and shipped as normal.

If your package arrives damaged, is lost in transit, or you receive the wrong item, please contact our customer service within 24 hours of delivery.

We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if needed, replace or refund the order.
