A refreshing and delicate coffee with notes of stone fruit, florals, and gentle baking spice.

Khalid has produced coffee for many years, with continued efforts to refine quality and consistency. Following a detailed review of farm practices in late 2023, several adjustments were implemented across harvesting, fermentation, drying, and storage protocols to elevate overall cup clarity.

Key improvements included separating each daily picking, storing dried lots in airtight GrainPro bags, drying under shade nets, and tightening control over fermentation parameters. Minor process adjustments were also introduced to enhance precision.

These refinements allowed for individual evaluation of daily lots rather than combining them into larger blended samples, resulting in greater transparency and improved lot selection.
