We’re excited to bring back Quitupamba—one of our favourite Colombian community lots—after missing it last season. Quitupamba represents the work of the producers from Villa Morena, Buesaco, Nariño that focus on producing specialty coffee. Specialty coffee production in this part of Buesaco is still relatively new. The area has traditionally cultivated corn, but producers have begun switching to coffee in pursuit of more profitable crops. Quitupamba is made up of coffee selected from a number of producers, including Maria Luisa Delgado, Olivio Cantuca, and Sandra Urresti.
