This regional washed lot is harvested by the Cabildo Inga community in the Pompeya district of Nariño, Colombia. The Inga are an indigenous group who cultivate coffee at extreme altitudes—up to 2,400 meters—using organic techniques that emphasize biodiversity and soil health. This specific lot was processed by Andres Martinez, a biochemical engineer and producer who applies a scientific approach to standardize quality. The volcanic soil and slow maturation at these heights result in a smooth, comforting, and sweet cup, characterized by soft fruit notes of peach and apple with a rich milk chocolate and raisin finish
