Jose Luis is dialled in. His coffees are so tasty – especially his Sidras. This washed Sidra takes us back to where it all started: Ethiopia. The coffee is juicy, stone fruity and tea-like, it’s such an awesome expression of the variety and its ancestry. It’s really inspiring to taste and makes me proud to be able to share Jose Luis’ mastery with y’all.

This omniroast has been optimized for filter, but a well trained barista will definitely be able to pull tasty shots with it.
