Coffee information
Dopplegänger is our darkest espresso roast and our easiest to use espresso. Just like Alter Ego, don’t expect sweaty looking black beans. Instead, these beans have been roasted to a beautiful chocolate brown colour. Our goal was achieve a rich, smooth and bold espresso that can work in milk or on its own, in a fancy manual espresso machine or a super-automatic.
The coffee in Dopplegänger right now comes from a veterinarian turned coffee farmer in Costa Rica. His name is Fernando Vindas and you can read more about his farm and journey below.
