David has been working in coffee since he was young. Besides leading El Morito, he also owns and operates his own farm: La Neblina, which is situated at 1,850-1,900 masl. There, he primarily grows Sidra, Gesha, and Marshell. We had the opportunity to cup through a selection of El Morito lots in September, and this Sidra immediately stood out on the cupping table with its deep sweetness and articulate stone fruit notes.
