This Colombian Geisha from Finca La Pradera offers an expressive profile with excellent value.
In the cup, expect vibrant notes of blueberry, plum jam, and soft florals, supported by a smooth and structured sweetness.
Also available in green format for home roasters.
Processing begins with a 24–48 hour whole cherry fermentation, followed by depulping using a demucilaginator, leaving part of the mucilage intact. The coffee is then dried in a greenhouse environment for 15–20 days.
La Pradera is led by brothers Luis Enrique and Robinson Cuellar. Luis Enrique focuses on agronomy, while Robinson specializes in post-harvest processing. While Pink Bourbon is their primary variety, the farm also cultivates Geisha, Caturra, and Pacamara.
