The Lopez family has a long history of recognition in the Colombian Cup of Excellence, reflecting generations of dedication to high-quality coffee production. Today, the farm remains focused on consistency and refinement across its various sub-plots.

This particular lot was managed by Nilson Lopez. After selective harvesting of fully ripe cherries, the coffee underwent density sorting, pulping, and a 36-hour aerobic fermentation (not anaerobic). It was then fully washed and shade dried for approximately 18 to 22 days, ensuring clarity and balance in the final cup.
