Omar Arango Tinoco farms Finca San Luis with intention, patience, and a whole lot of heart. Set into the hills of Líbano, Tolima, the farm is vibrant and full of life, shaped by decades of hands-on care from Omar and his family. When we visited in 2021, it was clear that nothing here happens by accident.

San Luis is built around biodiversity. Omar has upheld organic practices for more than 25 years, cultivating flowering plants, shrubs, and bee colonies that support a healthy ecosystem. Birds, insects, and people all thrive here, creating a farm that feels thoughtful, grounded, and alive.
