Heart Eyes is our Valentine’s blend, a playful limited release made for crushes, coffee dates, and cozy mornings. It brings together coffees from Costa Rica and Panama chosen for their natural sweetness and inviting character.

We combined two lots that shine through expressive processing, leaning into candy-like sweetness and gentle spice while keeping the cup smooth and approachable. The focus is on balance, making something that feels fun and familiar without losing care or intention.

The result is a coffee that delivers warm fuzzies from the first sip. Brew it for someone special, bring it to brunch, or keep it all to yourself (we won’t tell)!
