APOLLON’S GOLD – Las Delicias

Las Delicias is back! This is our absolute favorite and our regular line up since 2023. In 2022, the producer Wingo, visited our roastery with the samples of this coffee that was super stunning and we immediately decided to purchase this coffee every year.

This year’s lot is more hard and dense, with super clean natural process that almost tastes like washed.

Expect kiwi fruit, daisy and orange marmalade sweetness.

Degassing: we recommend degassing this coffee unopened for at least 45days. Best from 60days to 90days post roast.
