Return & Refund Policy

Overview

At Speciality Coffee Canada, we take pride in delivering freshly roasted coffee and high-quality coffee gear. While we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase, there are a few things you should know about returns and refunds.

1. Coffee

No returns on coffee: Because coffee is a fresh, perishable product, we are unable to accept returns once it has shipped.

Our promise: If there’s a problem with your order (wrong item, damaged goods, or quality issue), please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work with you to find the best solution—replacement, store credit, or refund.

2. Coffee Equipment & Accessories

  • Return eligibility: Most unused and unopened equipment or accessories (e.g., grinders, brewers, mugs) may be returned within 30 days of purchase.
  • Condition: Items must be in original packaging and in resellable condition.
  • Non-returnable items: For hygiene and safety reasons, used equipment and opened consumables cannot be returned.

3. Apparel

Apparel may be exchanged or returned within 30 days if unworn, unwashed, and with original tags.

Refunds or exchanges will be processed once the item is received and inspected.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us with your order number, photos, and details within 7 days of delivery.

We’ll replace the item at no additional cost or provide a full refund.

5. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email our customer service team at info@specialitycoffeecanada.ca with your order details.
  2. We’ll provide you with a return authorization and instructions.
  3. Ship the item back using the carrier of your choice (unless otherwise instructed).

7. Final Notes

We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet the above conditions.
