Orders of $40 or more ship free anywhere in Canada and the USA. - Flat-Rate Shipping
For orders under $40, we charge a flat shipping fee of $12 within Canada and the USA. - Order Processing
- We partner with reliable carriers to ensure safe, timely delivery.
- All orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days, and you’ll receive a tracking number by email once your package is on its way.
- During promotions, holidays, or other peak periods, processing may take a bit longer.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Quebec and Ontario: 1–7 business days
- Other Canadian Provinces: 3–15 business days
- United States: 2–7 business days

Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Shipments
If your package arrives damaged, is lost in transit, or you receive the wrong item, please contact our customer service within 24 hours of delivery.
We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if needed, replace or refund the order.
