A highly expressive coffee with vibrant purple fruit character and remarkable intensity.
In the cup, expect winey berries, jammy sweetness, and bright, focused acidity. The profile balances elements of both washed and clean natural styles, resulting in a dynamic and fruit-forward experience.

This lot comes from Finca Las Palmas, operated by Abelardo Alvear, a small two-hectare farm. Ripe cherries were selectively harvested and underwent approximately 40 hours of anaerobic fermentation before depulping, followed by an additional 80-hour anaerobic fermentation. After washing, the coffee was dried on patios for around three weeks.
