This limited lot from Finca Lugmapata, a Cup of Excellence–winning farm, reflects the precision and quality associated with producer Enrique Merino and his family.
In the cup, expect layered notes of cherry, caramel, and orange, complemented by apricot, green grape, and a deep, complex structure.
Cherries were selectively hand-harvested and manually sorted before processing. After depulping, the coffee underwent a 72-hour submerged cold fermentation at approximately 19–20°C to enhance clarity and complexity, followed by drying under covered marquesina structures.
