When I thought about what makes Shinsaibashi, Osaka so unique, what came to mind was “the beauty of addition.” It’s a place where people of different generations, nationalities, and lifestyles come together—and everyone is free to be themselves.
While it might seem a bit chaotic, I see that as part of the fun—that’s the Osaka spirit.
By blending just the right amount of boldly sweet, fire-roasted Indonesian beans,
I created a coffee that reflects the vibrant and easygoing energy of Shinsaibashi.
