Long time subscribers/fans may have been waiting patiently for this annual return of a much-loved producer. Luis is the producer that has the longest standing direct trade relationship with us. Hatch first began selling roasted coffee in 2017 and Luis was one of the first producers that we worked with and featured in our Roastery Select subscription. The Balladarez family have been coffee producers for three generations and today Luis carries that legacy.
