The work of Julio Cesar Madrid and processing specialist Andres Julio Quinceno continues to gain recognition for its boundary-pushing approach to coffee flavor at Finca Milan and Finca La Riviera.

Finca Milan is a 250-hectare estate that has been in Julio Cesar Madrid’s family for more than 40 years. Located in the central foothills of the Andes Mountains in the Risaralda Department, the farm benefits from young volcanic soils and a broad temperature range (15ºC to 30ºC). These conditions allow varieties such as Caturra, Castillo, Pink Bourbon, and Catiope to develop complex and distinctive flavor profiles.
