PRODIGAL – Las Perlitas Lot 7 ESPRESSO

The 2025–2026 winter harvest marks an important season for Perlitas, with multiple lots harvested at the end of 2025 and released in 2026. Following the completion of Lot #6, Lot #7 has now arrived, continuing the evolution of this dynamic project.

This iteration highlights expressive floral orange and berry notes. Compared to previous releases, this edition presents a more process-forward profile while maintaining clarity and structure.

The Las Perlitas project brings together smaller-volume coffees that would otherwise be too limited for individual export. Through careful selection and blending, these micro-lots are combined into a cohesive and expressive profile. The name “Perlitas,” meaning “little pearls,” reflects the idea of uniting small, exceptional components into a refined offering.

Lot #7 features a diverse combination of varieties, including Pink Bourbon, Caturra, Geisha, and a touch of Aruzi, resulting in a layered and complex cup.
