Coffee information

This coffee is a super tasty Geisha blend from Elder Chavez. It’s a blend of 80% washed geisha and 20% red honey geisha – all from his farm: El Mirador. We recently had a coffee from Elder that was a washed Geisha. This is another washed Geisha, which we decided to blend with Elder’s honey Geisha. Blending is rare for us, but in this case, we thought the heavy fruit character of the red honey added some fruit to the juicy and floral washed geisha in a very elegant way. The result is a fruity Geisha that’s still super clean that is definitely better than the sum of its parts.

This omniroast has been optimized for filter, but a well trained barista will definitely be able to pull tasty shots with it.
