At Quebraditas, producers Edinson and Luz Angela are exploring bold, consistent profiles through experimental fermentation. This coffee was co-fermented with specific yeast strains and finished with a thermal shock process—techniques that bring out bright fruit notes and a juicy, unmistakable character.
