Occasionally, a few bags hang around a little longer than planned. When properly sealed in one-way valve packaging, unopened coffee can still taste great for months. In fact, many light roasts actually benefit from extra rest time, allowing their flavors to fully develop and mellow beautifully.
When a coffee moves beyond our preferred “peak” window, we adjust the price accordingly. That means you can enjoy quality specialty beans at a significant discount.
